Proactive Health & Safety Week: Maintaining Wellness

One of Facilities & Campus Operations' key missions is preventative maintenance of the buildings we sustain on all three George Mason campuses.  Like the efforts we put into the building health and safety of the university, we champions our team members the same level of nurturing of their own good mental and physical health. Which involves proactive measures like healthy eating, regular physical activity, sufficient sleep, and managing stress. It also includes regular checkups with a doctor and getting preventive care.  This week, we focus on maintaining our health and safety through different sessions of preventative wellness.
