The design team of Holzman Moss and the Hughes Group Architects submitted working drawings to BCOM and to the Construction Manager at Risk, Whiting-Turner, to prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price. We anticipate having a GMP in November. Documents will be released in phases to facilitate as early a construction start date as possible. Interior finish selection was completed with our partners in the project, Prince William County and the City of Manassas.
