This project will replace existing fan coil units in student living areas, upgrade the fire alarm system, add a sprinkler system and provide miscellaneous architectural upgrades in support of the mechanical renovations. The project was bid in March 2007, however, bids came in over budget. The project is being re-designed to reduce the cost. The project will be constructed in two phases; the first phase will take place Summer 2008 and the second phase will be completed the subsequent summer.
