In August we opened bids on the project. Manhattan Construction Company was the low bidder; however the project was over budget. Value Engineering efforts in August and September brought the project back in line with approved funding. The Contract was issued on 10/19/07 and fully executed on 10/31/07. Construction will commence in late November with an estimated project completion date of January 2010.
