This project requires the design and installation of a fire suppression system, corresponding upgrades to the fire alarm system, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, restroom renovations and architectural support. In addition, the roofs require replacement, along with repair/replacement of gutters, downspouts and other miscellaneous exterior work.
