Project constructs 600 beds of student housing at the north end of the campus. This will complete the development of housing in the northeast sector of the campus. Also included in this project is a campus welcome center at the northern end of the new pedestrian plaza currently under design and construction. The project also moves Patriot Circle out at the northeast corner to provide additional land inside the circle for housing and structured parking.
