This project will require the addition of acoustical treatments and separations, addition of special floor and wall treatments to support performance space requirements as well as typical interior partition modifications. It will include mechanical and infrastructure upgrades, complete roof replacement, an enclosed connection to the PAB and a loading dock and convenience doors for the art studios.
