Robert takes pride in his work with demonstrated proficiency in processing
data, formulating reports, insuring accuracy and presenting results in a clear
and concise manner. He works with minimal supervision and is extremely
conscientious about meeting report submission due dates. However, what
is most commendable about Robert is his willingness to work with others.
He is always available to assist others in any task, from the mundane to the
complex. His positive attitude, respect for others, and cheerful disposition
greatly increase office morale and camaraderie. Highly recommended for
employee of the month.

Robert updated the capital project methodology to include both design and
construction assumptions into the spending forecast for GMU's FY14 Capital
Projects. He worked closely with Director of Construction Management to
incorporate the appropriate assumptions for timing and spending during the
capital project design, construction and FFE phases. Also, Robert worked
with Capital Finance Department's Senior Budget Analyst to include the
current project expenditures as part of the revised analysis. Robert had a
positive "can do attitude" as he created this new and innovative approach.
He was very timely with the deliverable to the Budget Office (and he was a
pleasure to work with!).
